Job Summary

This is a senior-level, 360° recruitment role where business development sits firmly at the heart of everything you do. As a Senior Consultant within the Recruitment & AI Solutions practice, you will join a fresh but established team with real momentum, enjoying the autonomy to shape your own desk and build your own professional brand. Key Responsibilities

• •Design and execute a clear business development strategy to generate new client relationships and expand service lines within existing accounts
• •Build and maintain a high-quality candidate network through deliberate, strategic outreach and long-term relationship management
• •Establish yourself as a credible voice in your market by producing insightful content, attending industry events, and growing your professional brand
• •Develop deep knowledge of relevant technologies and market trends to position yourself as a genuine subject matter expert and trusted advisor
• •Collaborate across the wider group to identify cross-selling opportunities, share market intelligence, and strengthen internal relationships
• •Leverage search tools, job platforms, and AI-driven solutions to maximise efficiency and deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates

Requirements

• •5+ years of recruitment experience in an agency or specialist search environment
• •Demonstrable track record of winning new business and growing client accounts
• •Experience managing a full 360° desk, from business development through to offer and placement
• •Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and in presentation or facilitation settings
• •Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, with the confidence to engage at all seniority levels
• •Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and move with pace and purpose
• •Existing network or specialism within AI, technology, or a related growth sector

• •Experience creating thought leadership content — articles, LinkedIn posts, webinars, or external events
• •Exposure to cross-functional collaboration or group-level working in a multi-brand environment
